Noida: Work to resolve the issue of prolonged power cuts started at Sector 92

Noida: Owing to the thunderstorm on October 24, there was a 16 hours power cut in Sector 92. However, work to resolve this issue of prolonged power cuts started on Wednesday as told by Sushil Kumar Jain, resident and President, Sector 18 Market Association.

Sushil Kumar Jain, while talking to CitySpidey, said, “On Sunday, there was no electricity for 16 hours. Even after the power supply was back, there were frequent power cuts yet again. Such incidents are common during heavy rain or thunderstorm. However, in a city like Noida, having such prolonged power cuts are a matter of concern. The work has now started at Sector 92, Noida after the matter was reported by media and persuasion by RWA team 92. Hope the department will now repair & replace all faulty cables, boxes  and ensure uninterrupted supply without fluctuations”.
