Noida: The builder's office of Antriksh Golf View 2, Colorful Estate Pvt Ltd, Sector -78, Noida has been sealed by the Noida Authority on Thursday morning. According to the residents, complaints were filed by the residents against the builder on various issues like illegal mechanical parking in the basement, illegal shops on the first floor of A, B, C tower, non-allotment of parking to many residents since 2016, not giving inventory information, selling flats instead of stilts parking, etc.

Builder's office sealed in Antriksh Golf View 2, Sector 78, Noida

A notice was sent to the builder by Noida Authority on October 23, 2021claiming several irregularities of the project and also asked to revert back to the letter within 15 days. The Noida Authority mentioned in the notice that several irregularities were found in the project after an on-site inspection by the authority officials and examination of completion maps.

Four major irregularities were mentioned in the notice- 

  • The construction work has been done in excess of the coverage area than mentioned in the approved map 
  • For the basement, occupancy maps with 14X2= 28 E.C.S. were issued but in the project, instead of normal parking, 168X2= 336 mechanical parking has been constructed without any permission & approval.  
  • According to the layout map of the project, the external development has not been done and the 6 meter road reserved for the fire tender has been blocked by barricading.
  • Residential flats constructed on the first floor in Tower - A, B, C above the ground floor shops are being used for unauthorised commercial activities.  

All the  above points were mentioned in the notice issued to the builder. The authority has also asked to resolve the above-mentioned irregularities within fifteen days from the date of issue. 

However, on the morning of October 28, an official from Noida Authority sealed the builder’s office.

Mukesh Vaish, Senior Manager, civil Department, Noida Authority, said, “We were asking for inventories from the builder because before taking any action, we should determine whose property it is. We asked for details for the unsold properties but they didn’t submit, so we sealed the property. This happened yesterday morning. Today, they might submit their documents as assured. 

The action was taken after residents complained to the authority through letters and issues discussed in the mediation meeting.
