Noida: Tri-party meeting organized at Mahagun Mirabella

Noida: On October 27, a tri-party meeting was organized at Mahagun Mirabella, a high-rise residential society in Sector 79, Noida under the chairmanship of OSD, Noida Authority,  Jyotsana Yadav. The meeting was organized after the submission of a written complaint by residents of Mahagun Mirabella to the CEO, Noida Authority, Ritu Maheshwari regarding the long pending issues in their society.

In the meeting attended by the residents of Mahagun Mirabella as  well as builder (Mahagun), the residents shared that while the builder is selling flats in Sector 79, Sports City at the premium rate, they don't care to provide even the basic infrastructural facilities. The builder is offering possession in the name of deemed OC without providing even the promised basic amenities. The residents accused the builder of the rampant & festering problems regarding seepage across the society, problems of parking space,  irregular/ arbitrary electricity charges, limited provision of Ganga Water, only one genset against the promise/ provision of 3 for the society, broken lift, incomplete fire safety system, incomplete STP, etc.

Ashok Vardhan, a resident of Mirabella, said, “All the pending issues were discussed in the meeting and the representatives from builder's side have assured to complete the pending tasks in a time-bound manner. He also shared that if the pending amenities are not made available as per the promised timelines, the residents plan to take other measures to get their rightful due”.
