Ghaziabad: The lift of tower F4 in Panchsheel Greens 1, Sector 16B, Greater Noida has not been working for the last three days. Residents are facing difficulties while commuting. Sanitation work has also been stopped.
One of the resident shared a tweet, "पंचशील ग्रीन्स में @KONEIndia 2 टावर कि लिफ्ट बन्द पड़ी है और टेक्नीशियन नही कर रहे लिफ्ट ठीक । क्या ऐसे ही इतनी मल्टीस्टोरी में लिफ्ट ऑपरेट की जा रही है। कंप्लेंट नंबर 11346260 और 11347032 है। सैकड़ो निवासी परेशान और घर मे फसे। कृपया तत्काल लिफ्ट ठीक करवाइए ।"

A few days ago, the sanitation workers protested against the builder for having pending dues. Residents allege that the situation of society has become pathetic.
As gathered by residents, the tower has 19 stories and 80 per cent of the tower is occupied. Naturally, they are facing challenges in going to the ground floor and coming up. They alleged that the builder is demanding maintenance charge dues to start the essential services in the society.

According to them, they have to protest against the builder to fix the small issues in society. There is no proper service provided by the builder, seepage in the basement is a recurring issue. Residents shared that they have been complaining about the maintenance of the basement but no action has been taken by him.
A resident who wishes to remain anonymous said, "All residents have been complaining of long pending issues related to Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and poor service. Instead of resolving the issues, the builder is using coercive tactics to force residents to pay enhanced maintenance charges without providing basic services."
He added, "In the present case, it has been observed that lifts were operational 3-5 days before but suddenly after the visit of the officials of promoter/Allied, both the lifts of F4 tower have become non-functional. Despite follow-up by the residents, the lifts have not been made operational; instead, the services of waste pickup and common area cleaning are also not available. Such a condition is too dangerous and can make the society prone to spread of Dengue."
Another resident, Ravi, said, "The lift has not been working for the last three days in our towers. All the residents are facing difficulty. Pregnant ladies and elder citizens also live in the society, who will take responsibility for any medical emergency that happens? The waste pickup and common area cleaning are also not available."
CitySpidey reached to builder Anuj Choudhry. He said, "The residents have pending maintenance dues for the last 2 years. How will I be able to give all maintenance services? I do not have money."
