Bollywood Divas decked up for Diwali, take a look

As much as Diwali is about lights and sweets, it is also about dolling up for the occasion. Almost everyone takes out their ethnic outfits to flaunt at this festival. 
When  it comes to dressing up, how can our Bollywood divas stay behind? 
From Kareena to Deepika, all the divas rocked the Diwali outfits. Here are a few glimpses of how Bollywood actresses dress up for Diwali.

Alia Bhatt stole the show with Sabyasachi Mukherjee's printed purple lehenga. The sleeves were embroidered with gold thread. Alia finished off her ensemble with a pair of golden and pink jhumkas.

Deepika Padukone
 

The floor-grazing Anarkali kurta in grape pink chanderi silk suit set with a round neckline, transparent sleeves, and a flowing design. The beautiful floral embroidery in white boosted Deepika's Diwali outfit and imparted a subtle elegance.

Jhanvi Kapoor
 

Janhvi looked lovely in a violet gown with extensive white embroidery that nearly covered the cloth. The inherent intricacy of the fabric is magnificent and awe-inspiring. Janhvi was accessorised with a big ring and jhumkas to complete the ensemble.

The global star celebrated Diwali in a beautiful yellow saree and kept the look minimal. However, to compensate for that, in the pre Diwali celebration, she showed up in a floral patterned lehenga with a mirror adorned blouse and dupatta. This Diwali, Karishma Kapoor kept her look elegant and straightforward. Her green Anita Dongre designed suit looks fantastic with beautiful embroidery around the neck. She wore a traditional jutti and stunning earrings for a complete chic look.

Manish Malhotra designed saree looked completely stunning on Shanaya. Her sequined blouse was the highlight of her entire look. She wore beautiful earrings and tied her hair into a low bun along with a gajra.
