Easy cheesy chickpea: process to prepare this sauce is trouble-free. This sauce is not only tasty but also healthy as chickpeas are packed with nutrients like calories, protein, magnesium and a lot more.
Following are the ingredients you require to prepare cheesy chickpea sauce : 
1 small glass boiled chickpea 
1 brick cheese  
 salt
black pepper 
Coriander leaves 
Garlic powder
Onion powder 
 
Follow these steps to prepare sauce: 

Firstly, grind the boiled chickpea in mixie finely. 
Now take some part of the cheese and break it into pieces to meltdown in the microwave. For 3-5 minutes. 
Once the cheese is melted properly add the finely grinded mixture of boiled chickpea into it and mix well. 
Now add salt, garlic powder, and black pepper according to your taste. 
Garnish your sauce with coriander leaves and serve warm cheesy chickpea sauce with crunchy nachos.

You require the following written ingredients to prepare mint and curd dip: 
1 cup curd 
mint leaves
2 medium cloves and garlic
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Follow these steps to prepare mint and curd sauce: 
Grind mint leaves properly in a mixie with 1 cup curd. 
Now pour 1 cup curd into a bowl and mix the mint leave mixture.
Now add the lemon juice and all the powders and salt according to your taste. 
Later on, chop the cumber into small pieces and add it into the mixture and stir it well.
Garnish the sauce with chilli flakes and serve it with nachos.

Finely chopped red ripe tomatoes.
Finely chopped onion
Chopped or mashed garlic cloves
Green chilli
Dry bay leaf

Olive oil

Method: 
Heat a spoon full of olive oil in a pan on medium flame.
Once the oil is heated properly, add chopped onion and saute it until they turn light brown. 
Now add chopped garlic, green chilli and dry bay leaf and saute for a minute on low flame. 
Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper and chilli flakes in the saute mixture and stir well everything. 
Mix well the whole mixture on a medium flame for 5 minutes and the sauce is ready. 

Peanut dip: this sauce is filled with luxurious taste and authentic flavour of peanut which can also be enjoyed with spring rolls, grilled vegetables. 
You require these ingredients to prepare peanut dip : 
¾ cup smooth natural peanut butter
2 chopped garlic cloves  
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
½ lime, juiced
1 teaspoon red/ green chillies 
(5.6 ounces) can coconut milk
2 teaspoons chopped red bell pepper for flavour 
2 teaspoons chopped peanuts, for garnishing 

Method:

Place peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Whisk garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce into peanut butter, with lime juice. 
Now pour coconut milk into the heating pan on medium flame.
Once the milk starts getting warm add peanut mixture into it and whisk it, until it becomes smooth. 
Now transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and garnish the sauce with chopped red bell pepper and peanuts.
