Aishwaryam Society: Residents demand another meeting to address issues

Greater Noida: The residents of Aishwaryam Society, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West, requested a second tri-party meeting with the builder and the authority. According to them, in the last tri-party meeting, the  Officer on Special Duty (OSD) gave 15 days to the builder to submit the action report and had assured another tri-party meeting in October 2021.

Residents shared that the condition of the lift and the basement are becoming pathetic every passing day. The problem of water leakage through the pipe was never solved. Moreover, they added that the roads of the basement are in very bad condition and the drains are open.

Residents alleged that the civil infrastructure of the society is not good. According to them, the basement, common area, and tower exteriors should be fixed for seepage issues along with plastering and painting of the entire infrastructure of Aishwaryam including compound boundaries, basement parking walls, and tower exteriors.

Arnismesh, AOA President said, “Builder has started the construction work without any consultation. We do not know what type of material he is using for the construction. He should ask us because we live here. What if the condition of infrastructure remains the same after construction.

He added that society doesn’t have a proper Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). Moreover,  the builder had to fix two fire extinguishers as per the fire inspection report, but the situation is the same.

A resident who wishes to remain anonymous said, “The Sewage Treatment Plant  (STP) of the society is under capacity and the Water Treatment Plant is not good. The builder supplies impure groundwater to the flats and there is no proper waste segregation in the society.”
