Casa Greens 1: Residents meet DM over pending registry

On November 16, Residents of Casa Greens 1, Sector 16, Greater Noida West met with the Suhas LY, District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar over the issue of pending registries of their flats. Residents also shared a  letter with the authority.

Residents shared that the possession started in 2019. Society has 9 towers in which towers A1, A2 and A9 do not have occupancy certificates. Approximately 250 families are facing the issue of pending registries.

As per the residents, they also had a meeting with the Santosh Kumar OSD, Greater Noida Authority in October. However, the builder and his representatives were not present. With the letter, residents requested to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

A resident Amit Kumar, from tower A1, said, “from the last 2 years I have been facing this issue. We went to the authority but at the time of the meeting, the builder was not present there. I have paid the full amount but still, I am not the owner of my house.”

Mahender Singh, from tower A2, said, “I took possession in December 2020, We went to the authority and in the tri-party meeting, the builder was not present there. Due to the pending dues of the builder in Greater Noida Authority, residents are facing problems.”

Naveen Sahu, a resident from tower A9 said, “Builder has pending dues in the greater Noida Authority due to which residents are facing a problem. Approximately 250 residents are facing this issue."

In a talk with CitySpidey,  Ajeet Mishra, builder representative said, “Buyers do not have to worry. The registry will open in December. All issues will be resolved soon”
