Priyanka wore a bespoke tonal red lehenga designed by ace designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee to her Hindu wedding. The bride and the designer worked together to create the custom-made couture lehenga.
Hand-weaved and hand-cut organza blossoms, French bunches in silk floss, fragile Siam-red gems, and an endless supply of crochet enhanced it. The stunning show-stopper required 3,720 person-hours and 110 embroiderers from Kolkata to finish. She decorated it with Sabyasachi legacy gems and a mangalsutra.
