Crossing Republik: AoA elections held in Saviour Greenisle Society

Ghaziabad: An election of Apartment Owners Association was held in Saviour Greenisle Society of GH11, Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad. The new body of AOA consists of Tapan Kr. Chakravorty, Deepak Kumar Chaudhary, Prashant Kumar Singh, Suyash, Ranjit Kishore, Shailendra Upadhyaya, Priyaranjan Kumar, Uma Kant Prasad, Amir Ahmad and Vipin Kumar Jain.

The election was held on December 5, 2021. A total of 287 votes were cast out of 438 votes. The observer of the election was Santosh Kumar Sharma, Finance Controller, Nagar Nigam Meerut. The deputy registrar Arvind Kumar Singh was also present during the election.

The president of the newly formed body is Deepak Kumar Chaudhary and Vice presidents are Shailendra Upadhyay and Ranjit Kishore, the general secretary is Suyash, the treasurer is Prashant Kumar Singh, the joint secretary is Priyaranjan and Amir Ahmed. The executive members are Tapan Kumar Chakraborty, U.K. Prasad and Vipin Kumar Jain.

Deepak Kumar Chaudhary, President of AOA said, “ The main issue of society is poor maintenance. The builder had control over maintenance till now. The other major issues of society are poor approach road and sewer line connectivity. We will do this work on priority.” He further added, “ The newly elected body will soon sit with the builder, and Ghaziabad Development Authority and find out a solution for our sewer line and road problems.”
