This is not the first time that a case of malfunctioning lifts has come to light in the Shri Radha Sky Garden society. Moreover, the problem is also hampering home delivery services. They further shared such a condition could have serious implications for the elderly and pregnant women.

Gaurav Patel, a resident of the society says, "For the last six months, the load of the tower is on only one lift. Now, even that is not working properly. Who would take responsibility in case of some emergency? Earlier the same situation was in tower 3. No one is here to resolve our problems.”

Vishal Anand, 32, a resident of the tower says, “We have raised our concern with the Authority. In the meeting with OSD, the builder had shared that he would share the completion dates of the pending works. However, in the next meeting, the builder's representative said they have do not have enough funding, due to which they are not able to start work in the society.”
