Noida: To curb the rise in Coronavirus cases and fight against the emerging Omicron variant, Apeejay School in Noida's Sector-16A is hosting a vaccination drive for the teenagers belonging to the 15 to 18 age group. The vaccination programme is driven by the UP State government.

So far, close to 1000 adolescents, including Apeejay School students, have got their first dose of the Covid vaccine at this camp.

"Apeejay Education has always prioritised the well-being of its stakeholders and has facilitated and organized vaccinations for our staff, parents, and the general community. Apeejay School, Noida is thankful to the government and happy to organize the vaccination camp for students," says A.K. Sharma, Principal, Apeejay School, Noida.

The principal also paid a visit to the district's Chief Medical Officer recently and mentioned about the smooth functioning of the camp. The vaccination camp would be open for more than one month so that more youngsters of the nearby area can get vaccinated.

Apeejay Education has also partnered with a private hospital to conduct vaccination drives at its schools in Delhi and Faridabad
