This winter, make your hair healthier and shinier

Winters, in particular, can be rough on the hair as warm water depletes the scalp of all moisture, leaving it dry and brittle. We often forget to take care of hair and nurture them.

Let's take a look at some quick hacks for restoring the luster to your hair.

Castor oil for healthy hair

In a bowl, combine one teaspoon shampoo, castor oil, glycerine, and apple cider vinegar. On wet hair and scalp, apply the pack. Leave it on for 10-20 minutes before rinsing with a gentle shampoo.

Banana mas

Combine one banana, one teaspoon olive oil, and aloe vera gel in a bowl. To make a thick paste, combine all three ingredients in a food processor. Apply it to the length of your hair and your scalp. Allow it to sit for 20-30 minutes before rinsing.

The beauty of essential oils

Oil your hair and scalp regularly, as winters can dry out your scalp and hair. Massage hot organic castor oil into the roots of your hair, along with two drops of lavender and rosemary essential oils each. Cover your hair with a hot towel to allow the oil to penetrate.

Rice for shinier hair

During the winter, one of the scariest things is hair fall; wherever you look, you will see strands of your hair, adding to our already stressful lives. But I have a simple solution to help you grow your hair faster: rice water. The amino acids and vitamins C, B, and E help strengthen and thicken the hair shaft. First, thoroughly rinse the rice with water. The rice should then be placed in a glass bowl filled with water and left to soak for two days. This will start the rice's natural fermentation process. After two days, strain the rice and refrigerate it in a glass bottle. Use this water to rinse your hair.
