This Sunday, the residents will stage a protest against the builder for the 29th consecutive weekend. As per the residents, even though an inspection by the fire department was done a few months back and inadequate fire safety equipment was discovered, the condition of fire extinguishers in society remains the same.

On this subject, residents of the society shared a tweet,

The society has 12 towers, out of which, eight towers are still under construction. Around 70 families are presently living in towers A, B, C and D. Residents demand basic amenities such as proper internal roads and the electricity grid in society. They shared that the condition of the basement is getting worse. The water supply in society is unhealthy and there is no Sewage Treatment Plant.

Ravi Chaudhary, another resident says, “We have been protesting consistently because we do not have any other way to raise our voice. The residential flats in the housing society are under construction and have been under construction for ten years now. The condition of the roads, electricity supply, water supply, everything is in a poor state.”

Residents allege that the sewage water is dumped into the basement. The leakage from the pipe and seepage from the pillars of the basement have made the structure's foundation weak. The residents have also been demanding the construction of the boundary wall of the society as soon as possible. According to them, the construction work of the boundary wall is going on for the last two months but it is still not completed.

Prateet Baijal, a resident of the society says, “We are deprived of the basic amenities from the first day of our possession. The condition of society is dismal. My balcony's aluminum gate is broken for the last month and I have already complained about it. However, there has been no response from their side. The builder is constructing his office but when it comes to the society, he has no money.”
