The outreach programme aims to listen to the public grievances by organising public meetings in their respective areas and resolve the problems on the spot by scheduling visits of senior officers to the doorsteps. In this connection, 25 WhatsApp groups have been created for the general public to convey directions directly to the police and to hear their grievances in person.

This would help Dwarka Police to maintain a healthy relationship and connectivity with the community. The programme would also help Dwarka District Police in its day-to-day functioning maintaining law & order in society.

Dwarka community has welcomed the initiative of the police and are hopeful for its success. Ramesh Mumukshu from Sector 16B who was present on the occasion said, “ This was a much-needed initiative to connect the community with the police. There was a gap between the people and the officers since the pandemic which would be filled with the help of this initiative by the police. There is just a need for honest efforts from the side of the police as well as the community to make this programme successful. I appreciate the efforts of the police.”
