Indirapuram: The annual elections of the Resident Welfare Association of Aditya Mega City, Vaibhav Khand, were held on 27 February. In the election, all the ten members of the team 'Satyamev Jayate' were elected with a clear margin. On March 6, under the direction of the election committee, the newly elected members formed the executive committee of the society and took oath. Rohini Khonsla was unanimously elected as the President of the society.

The other elected executives are- Vishwaratna Sharma as Vice President, Sanjay Vats as General Secretary, Anurag Nagar as Joint Secretary, Anupam Wadhwa as Treasurer, Akash Jain, Neeraj Jain, Charu Sakhuja, Ram Gupta and Gaurav Nanda as executive members of the board.

Chief Electoral Officer, Retired Col. Shri Yogi Agarwal, Avinash Chandra, RC Soni, IH Geelani, Vinod Mahajan along with a five-member team conducted the election process efficiently.

The oath ceremony was started by Ashok Jain. The residents of the society including Archana Agarwal, Sanjay Malhotra, Sunil Joshi, Preeti Singh, RR Mishra, Anita Agarwal, Ashish Goyal, Piyush Jain, Manju Sharma, Hitesh Jain, Chhabeel Agarwal, Sandeep Gulati, Pal Singh Sandhu, Rohit Talwar, Sachin Gupta, Raju Malhotra, Shantanu Singh were present in the ceremony.

According to the residents of Aditya Mega City Society, the elections were completely fair and transparent. The popularity of Rohini Khosla and her team was gauged from the glowing faces of the residents. Satyamev Jayate's new team promised to work for the betterment of the housing society.
