Vimal Pancholi, President

The following posts of main office bearers were assigned in the meeting. Vimal Pancholi - President, Yatendra Singh - Vice President, Dr Anshuman Ahuja - Secretary, Vishwajit Singh - Assistant Secretary, Manish Gupta - Treasurer, Tarveen Bakshi - Assistant Treasurer. Outgoing working President Abhishek Singh congratulated the newly appointed office bearers and apprised them of various pending works which need to be addressed. Abhishek Singh apprised the Board of the need for immediate attention to the poor maintenance by the builder.

Yatendra Singh, Vice President

The number of support staff has been reduced regularly by the builder from 2019 onwards to only 50% today. After taking over as the Acting President in October 2021, Abhishek Singh had called a meeting with the builder's representative. He asked the reason for the reduction in manpower and the decline in maintenance of the premises.

Dr Anshumann Ahuja, Secretary

The representative of ATS tried to make an excuse of rising cost, while they could not logically substantiate their claim and also could not provide details till mid-February 2022. This confirms that the money being collected for the maintenance of the premises was not utilized in the premises for almost three years.

Manish Gupa, Treasurer

Apart from the maintenance, the new officials were also apprised about the removal of encroachments, cleaning of the drain outside the peripheral boundary which is yet to be completed by the Ghaziabad Development Authority.

Tarveen Bakshi, Assistant Treasurer

On the other hand, he was also apprised about the illegal sale of the common area of the premises. And also, illegal recovery by the builder from the residents in the name of increasing the power load, which was stopped soon after Abhishek Singh took charge in October 2021 and reprimanded the builder's representative.

Vishwajeet Singh, Assistant Secretary

The newly elected board members assured that they will give immediate attention to these important issues.
