Dwarka: Poorly lit stretch becomes unsafe for pedestrians

Dwarka: The stretch from Sector 13 Metro Station towards Sector 13, 17 and 18 is dark and partially lit at places. The road is used by the metro commuters mainly from the societies like Keshav Kunj Apartments Sector 13, Rosewood Apartments Sector 17, Peepal Apartments Sector 17 and other residential pockets. The street light poles on this stretch either lack bulbs or are dysfunctional. Some of the bulbs which were working were hidden in the overgrown trees because of lack of pruning.

According to the residents, the stretch becomes unsafe for the pedestrians who walk down the lane to approach their society after sunset. CitySpidey has clicked these photographs of the stretch to draw attention of the civic bodies concerned to look into the matter.
