An egg is a good source of protein and has nourishing elements that help to repair the damaged hair. Take one or two eggs (depending on your hair length) whisked together and applied to your hairs and scalp. Cover your head with a shower cap or cotton cloth and leave the mask on for 20 minutes. Avocado's protein and oil content nourish the hair, giving it volume and smoothness. Mash one avocado into a pulp after that mix 1 tbsp steeped green tea + 1 tbsp fenugreek (methi) seed powder and add lukewarm water to make a paste. Apply it for half an hour and then wash it off.

For a dry scalp, make your own amla hair oil

Hair oil containing amla helps to keep the scalp's acid-alkaline in check and prevents dandruff. Take a handful of dry amla to produce amla hair oil. Coarsely grind and mix with 100 ml pure coconut oil. Place it in an airtight container and expose it to the sun for 15 days. After 15 days strain the oil in a glass jar and it's ready to use as your daily oil.
