Homebuyers of Logix Blossom Green, a residential project in Sector 143, Noida, conducted a protest against the builder on October 22 (Saturday) at Logix City Centre, Sector 32, over non-possession of flats.

Protesters said that they booked their flats in 2010 and the time of possession was in 2014. But they still haven’t been handed over their properties. Consequently, they are forced to live in rented houses. The result is the financial burden of paying the rent to the landlord and the EMI to the bank.

Satyavan Verma, a homebuyer, told City Spidey, “In 2014, an official of the builder said that my flat was undergoing finishing work, so I need to deposit the remaining payment. I paid the builder but to this day I do not have a flat.” Verma also alleged that the builder had invested the money for the residential project in the mall.

Renu sharma, who bought a flat in tower E of the project, said that her family was facing financially difficulties but builder seemed to be unaffected. “We want the exact date of possession of the flat from the builder," she added.
