Ramshackled Delhi government school in desperate need of attention

The claims of Delhi Government to provide 'world class' facilities in government schools may fall flat when you actually visit them. The ground reality in Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya, Ramesh Nagar, a government school, seems quite different from what is portrayed.
