After keeping their fans in long suspense, the new groom of B town, Ranbir's mother has finally confirmed that the awaited wedding of our favourite duo, Ranbir and Alia is today, April 14, 2022.
In the era of destination weddings, big pandals and large gatherings, they kept their wedding intimate and peaceful with close friends and family in attendance, with no camera and extra drama.
Ranbir and Alia are all ready to get hitched at the same place and exact date where Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor got married in their early 20s.
Yesterday was marked as the Mehandi day at Kapoors; family members and close friends like Karishma, Ridhima, Pooja Bhatt and Alia's girl gang were spotted while leaving after the mehndi ceremony.
Ranbir Kapoor's sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni posted a picture on Instagram to give fans a closer peek of her Mehendi look. Riddhima had donned a blingy silver saree and some impressive jewellery. With full glam makeup, Riddhima looked on point.

Recently on Instagram, Karishma and Neetu Kapoor have posted their Mehandi deets. Neetu has shared a warmed caption and a picture of her Mehandi where Rishi is written on her index finger as a token of heartwarming love for her late husband, Rishi Kapoor.
The festivities for the wedding 14th of April have already started. Neetu Kapoor and her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni were photographed departing the wedding site just a few hours after arriving at the Vastu mansion on Thursday morning. Shaheen Bhatt was also seen exiting her vehicle. Before the actual wedding rites begin, the wedding family appears to have gone home for a change of clothes.
It is also reported that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor exchanged wedding vows today, at around 2 PM. After completing the wedding rituals, the couple will reportedly pose for the paparazzi as newlyweds at 7 PM. The pre-wedding festivities took place on Wednesday at the actor's residence Vastu in Mumbai's Pali Hills. According to the speculations, the duo will be wearing golden and white as their wedding attires.
