Mayfair Residency: Residents raise the issue of inadequate car parking

GreNo West: The residents of the Mayfair Residency, a group housing society of Greater Noida West have raised the issue of poor infrastructure for parking. As per the residents, the main parking gate has been closed for the last three months. Moreover, the opposite side of the parking road is in a bad state and has dark spots.

Eight towers of the society and basement parking is under construction for the last 12 years. As per the residents, the parking road has dark spots, potholes, hanging electric wires, and deep burrows, which pose a safety threat to the residents and kids of the society.

Another resident, Pawan Pandey says, “We have struggled for the last three months. The builder closed the main gate due to some ongoing construction work in society. Thus, we have to pass through under construction premises in our vehicles. The under-construction site poses several safety threats. The main gate should be open as soon as possible.”

Ravi Chaudhry, another resident says, “Naked wires should be covered. Society does not have proper infrastructure. When will the construction work will get completed and we will live peacefully in this society?”
