A new body of Apartment Owners Association was elected in GH-7 society, Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad recently. Ram Singh was elected as President, Abhishek Rai as Vice President, Sumit Srivastava as General Secretary, Ajay Saraswat as Joint Secretary, Prahlad Singh as Treasurer, and Pragathi Sharda as Joint Treasurer.
President Ram Singh took oath on May 7, 2022. He says, "The main issue of society is poor maintenance. Along with this, we will focus on completion of pending construction by the CIPL Builder, improvement of security, issue of proper lighting around the common area, and periodic cleaning of the water tank."
Society elections were conducted by the Election Officer on May 1, 2022, in which 529 member residents voted for 27 candidates, including three teams and three independent candidates. Out of 27 candidates, 10 candidates were to be selected by the residents as AOA board members.

All the 10 candidates of the new team Parivartan who contested in the election won by a huge majority.
The new body of AOA consists of Ajay Saraswat, Dibbendu Bhattachary, Kumar Abhishek, Pragati Sharda, Prahlad Kumar Singh, Ram Singh, Sharad Chandra Mathur, Sukhvinder Singh, Sumit Shrivastav, and Vibhu Shanker Mishra. Election officer Abhishek Jain from Meerut Development Authority was appointed by the Deputy Registrar Meerut for the smooth election of the society.
