Thousands thronged various Chhath Puja venues in Dwarka on November 6 and November 7. Chhath, one of the largest festivals of people from Purvanchal, was a grand affair in the sub-city, as devotees flocked to the ghats with their families to pay ritualistic homage to the Sun god. These ghats included those at Dada Dev Mela Ground, Chhath Ghat in Sector 8, DDA Park Chhath Ghat, the Sector 11 Chhath Ghat, Dabri Ghat and Nasirpur Ghat.
