The grand IIFA returns after two years!

For all the movie buffs, the legendary Iifa awards are finally back after two years. The International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA Awards) have returned for 22nd edition. The grand event was held in Abu Dhabi. The IIFA confirmed that it received over 150 film nominations this year, implying that a diverse range of films will be competing for the coveted awards.

IIFA is usually held in exotic locations. While celebrities like Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shahid Kapoor, and others have already arrived in Abu Dhabi, the award ceremony will last two days, on June 3 and 4, 2022. We're here to tell you all about IIFA 2022.

On Friday, the emcees for the IIFA Rocks event will be director and producer Farah Khan and actor Aparshakti Khurana.

The main event of the IIFA 2022, which will take place on Saturday, June 4 will be hosted by famous Bollywood actor Salman Khan and actors Riteish Deshmukh and Maniesh Paul.

Farah Khan, one of the event's hosts, recently took to Instagram to share her most recent cooking session at the IIFA Awards 2022. And guess who was with her? Vineet Bhatia, a Michelin-starred chef. This year, Chef Bhatia reportedly created the food menu for the award ceremony. The specially curated menu is available at W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island until Sunday for celebrities, hotel guests, and others (June 5, 2022).

IIFA is to be premiered on Colors TV. Devi Sri Prasad, Tanishk Bagchi, Guru Randhawa, Honey Singh, Neha Kakkar, Dhvani Bhanushali, and Nora Fatehi will perform during the IIFA Rocks segment on Friday. The main event will feature performances by Shahid Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan, and Ananya Panday.

Shershaah, the film starringSiddharth Malhotra, has received 12 nominations for the IIFA 2022 Awards. Ranveer Singh's biographical film 83 follows Shershaah with nine nominations. Ludo, starring Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, and Fatima Sana Shaikh, is up next, with six nominations.
