GreNo West: A new AOA body has been formed in Exotica Dreamville society. Parivartan team contesting against the present AOA team won the election. After the elections held on June 12, 2022, Sandeep Saini was chosen as President, Nirbhay Singh as Vice President, Ravindra Pant as Secretary, and Kapoor Lal Gupta as Treasurer. Mukesh Kumar Chaudhary, Nidhi Sinha, Bedi Anoop Sachan, Prashant Kumar, Vimal Rastogi, and Swatantra Kesarwani were chosen as board members.
After much wait, the elections for the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) in Exotica Dreamville, Greater Noida West housing society were held on June 12, 2022, in the clubhouse of the society from 9 am to 2 pm. A total of 636 residents have cast their vote in this vote count. Ten participants from two teams contested the election. The AOA elections last held in 2019, kept on being postponed because of the pandemic.
Nirbhay Singh, the Vice President says, “We have a broad plan for the welfare of the society. We will work on the ground realities. We will get the problems of seepage and cracks by rasing it with the builder and the authorities. We will strengthen the security of the society by increasing the CCTV coverage."
Sandeep Saini, newly elected President says, “Our team will work at the ground level to solve the problems of the people and to provide better basic facilities. We will show the change."
Nidhi Sinha, Board Member says, “There are many welfare initiatives that we have planned. We plan to create a small library on society premises, suitable yoga space for the residents, and hold more cultural events and sports tournaments among other such activities."
