Arnold Schwarzenegger is a legendary bodybuilder ( a record 7 times Mr. Olympia,) an extremely famous Hollywood movie star and a former Governor of the American state of California. Arnold is known for playing some iconic on-screen portrayals such as the cyborg from the terminator series, Dutch from the Predator and Conan the barbarian among others. As he turns 75 today, let's take a look at some of his films you must definitely watch.

Terminator series

Terminator is an iconic Sci-Fi and action film. In the film series, Arnold plays a cyborg on a killing spree. In the first film, a soldier is sent in 1984 from 2029 to protect an unborn child. In the second part, the same soldier protects the same all-grown son, who is the future of the salvation of humans. The third part of the Terminator series deals with the future of machines.

Conan series (Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer)

Conan series is full of action, adventure and comedy. It revolves around the protagonist Conan and his life, played by Arnold. The first part of the film focuses on the ruse between Conan and Thulsa Doom as his family and community were destroyed by Thulsa Doom. Conan sets out to take revenge from them. In the second part, he becomes the destroyer to save his princess.

Kindergarten Cop

As you can understand by the name, Kindergarten Cop is an action, comedy and crime movie. Arnold plays a cop disguised as a Kindergarten teacher, seizing a dangerous criminal and saving the kids.

Predator

A combination of horror and adventure. A team of Paramilitary commanders are sent to the jungle of Central America to save the hostages. There they meet a deadly predator and find themselves being hunted. Arnold plays one of the commandos in the team who has a final showdown with the predator.

Total Recall

Total Recall is also a Sci-fi, action film. In the film, the protagonist (Arnold) is set with implemented memories to travel to a different planet. He lands up on Mars in his memories. The movie takes a horrifying turn when he finds himself stuck on that planet for real.

Commando

The film is all about adventure and thrill. A retired special Black ops commando, played by Arnold Schwarzenegger has a lot of enemies. To take revenge on the commando, the thugs kidnap his daughter. Commando goes on a mission to save his girl in a limited time.

Junior

Alex and Larry are working on a drug for fertility. Due to financial weakness, Alex agrees to become the subject of the drug. It shows us the concept of male pregnancy where Arnold plays the main character Alex. The film is a package of comedy, romance, and sci-fi.

Twins

It is a comedy and crime film. It's a story of two twin brothers, Julius played by Arnold and Vincent played by Danny DeVito. Separated at birth, both the brothers reunite in the film as Julius sets out to find his short twin.

Eraser

An action, crime, and thriller film, it is about a security protection cop who tries to save himself from an illegal case of arms dealing. He suspects his co-workers are responsible for the case. Arnold plays the protagonist in the film.
