Deepak Kumar, from the market of Sector 12/22, says, "Rakhi is the festival of love between brothers and sisters, and I, as a shopkeeper, always feel so good whenever any festival comes. I feel happy because people are so enthusiastic about this festival. The sale has been good till now."
