Delhi: Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory for commuters because of the farmer's mahapanchayat at Jantar Mantar today, August 22, 2022. The traffic police have advised commuters to refrain travel from certain areas in Central Delhi such as Tolstoy marg, Janpath, Asoka road and others.

The maha panchayat that started at 10 am is likely to see a gathering of 4000-5000 is expected. The farmers will meet to discuss the demand for MSP. Moreover, Delhi's borders have been barricaded.
