If you're looking for such a place in Noida, the answer is Alma Bakery and cafe in Sector 104, Noida. At Alma, you can have delicious Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The cafe operates between at 12:30 pm till 10:30 pm, so you can come for a brunch or plan a dinner at Alma. The bakery at the place runs from 9 am to 10 pm. One thing that sets this cafe apart from others is the indoor setting it has, with around 400 indoor plants of 60 types. The place has its own kitchen garden and uses fresh herbs from there. Alma has also started its second branch in Noida, sector-142.

In a conversation with Chef Mukesh, who has been working in the cafe since 2021, he tells us, "We grow our own Hydroponic vegetables and lettuce without any chemical fertilizer or pesticides, we make sourdough bread and always do fresh baking. We provide quality, hygiene, and trust to our food lovers."

He also mentions that they are environmentally conscious and thus, the temperature of the AC at their cafe is always between 24-27 degrees. While talking about the thought behind opening this bakery and cafe, Mukesh tells us that Alma means ‘Atma’ or ‘kind, nourishing’. "Alma Bakery and Cafe was born out of necessity to bridge the ever-parting bond of humans and nature. It has been created to nourish and be kind to our stomachs with super yummy and fresh food, and our body with real plants, green interiors with plenty of natural light."

One of the best things on their menu is the Napoletana Pizza from the stone oven. Few more tasty treats, as per the chef, are Falafel, Penne alfredo pasta, and all coffee-based menu.

While talking to a few visitors of the cafe, Pulkit Sharma, a resident of Greater Noida, who was there with his family, says, "I am visiting this place for last four years and it's one of my favourite cafes. I'm in love with the beverages here, the ambience is also beautiful."

Dr. Akriti Mathur, another visitor at the cafe said, "I am visiting this place for the third time and I like the food quality here. The ambience is also quiet and perfect for working. I like their cold coffee and ice cream."

Minal Singh, who went there for his son's birthday celebration says, "This is one of the finest hang-out spots in the city. I find this place perfect as it serves a wide variety of veg and nonveg cuisine."
