Bengali Community of Indirapuram welcomes Lord Ganesha

Indirapuram: The Bengali community of Indirapuram, also called Prantic Cutural Society, welcomed Lord Ganpati on Ganesh Chaturthi on August 31, 2022 and are all set to celebrate the occasion enthusiastically. They have welcomed Lord Ganpati in their marketplace, which is located in SPS residential market in Vaibhav Khand.

The women made several preparations for Ganpati Bappa's arrival. This time, they have ordered an eco-friendly murti from a Jhilmil-based artist who lives in northeast Delhi. Moreover, women prepared the Alpana rangoli, which is their traditional ritual, as well as the huge Modak for Prashad. They had also organised a performance by a kolkata-based Baul folk artist in the evening.

Furthermore, other residential societies in Indirapuram also celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with gusto. Manveer Singh, a resident of Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, welcomed Lord Ganesha to the HRC Professional Hub, a residential society in Indirapuram. A morning puja was held on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, which was followed by a daylong celebration.'
