Now that the Covid scare is over, the excitement for festivals is unmatched. It is also a joyous time for traders of the sector 18 market as they anticipate a large number of visitors to visit the market.

The sector 18 market is one of the most popular markets in Noida. It has a lot to offer when it comes to the latest trends. This festive season is especially decked up to cater to every whim and need of the Noida residents. The traders are readying their stocks in expectation of much better sales in the coming up festive season.

CitySpidey met sector 18 market association president Sushil Kumar Jain to talk about the upcoming festive season. Sushil Kumar says there is a possibility of 30 percent more sales in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The traders have selected a variety of goods for individuals such as ethnic clothes, jewellery, shoes, luggage, accessories, and electrical gadgets. Moreover, earthen diyas, lamps, and fairy lights will be available in the market for decoration.

Sushil Kumar says, "For the last three years, all the traders of the country had to go through a tough time because of the coronavirus. The influx of visitors to the markets would make the festival for us. There is a chance to witness a 30 percent rise in sales. Sales in GB Nagar will probably touch Rs 5,500 crore as opposed to Rs 4,000 crore last year."
