Aravali Apartment, B-3, a residential society in Noida's sector 34 celebrated Govardhan Puja and Annakuth Mahotsav on October 26, 2022, with great excitement after two years of Covid-induced hiatus. Hundreds of residents took part in traditional bhajan, dance, and Bhandara.

The day saw excitement and happiness among the society residents as they celebrated Govardhan Puja traditionally after a long time. General Secretary of Sector-34, Dharmendra Sharma mentioned that the puja began at 5 pm and ended at 6 pm.  As gathered, a 31-foot-tall amazing Govardhan was built by ladies and children using cow dung and Rangoli.

Thereafter, residents performed on Govardhan Geet for Krishna with dhol, and ladies from the society danced. People also took blessings by circumambulating Govardhan.

Dharmendra Sharma says, "We felt like we are in Mathura during the puja. Around 25 people gathered to make the Govardhan Murthi at 8 am and completed it by 3 pm. Six hundred community members participated in the Puja, and thousands more arrived for Bhandara."

During the puja, Dharmendra Sharma, Kripashankar, Pradeep Singh, KK Gupta, Vikrant Tyagi Neeraj Sharma, Shilpa Rajotiya, Padma Naidu, Rani Suyal, Shashi Srivastava, Usha Gupta, Savita Kedar, Jyotsana Acharya, Surendra Yadav, Suresh bane, Usha Verma, Sharmila Sharma, Chinu Tyagi, Rinki Gautam, were the main members of the organising committee.
