Delhi: If you wish to see what the young and budding artists of Delhi are creating, you can head to Lalit Kala academy in Mandi House. The gallery is hosting an exhibition of the works of the students of Delhi Collage of Arts, Rajouri Garden, on display. The ongoing exhibition will go on till November 12, 2022. The gallery exhibits paintings of students of different years, from freshers to final year students.
Different mediums, ideas and creativity were on display in the exhibition. Every student's work is distinguished. Devika Verma,25, one of the students of Delhi Collage of Arts, while talking about her artistic journey and her mandala painting on display says, "I have been painting since childhood; colours and paintbrushes are my besfriends. I can truly express my feelings through my paintings. My Mandala painting is on display here and I would like to tell everyone that mandalas are therapeutic for many people. For me, painting mandala helps me stay calm. This Mandala took me months, and I am glad how it has turned out to be."
