Dwarka: Traffic police department has become stricter these days in the sub city Dwarka as vehicles parked along roadside in no parking areas are being towed away.

Traffic Inspector of the area Data Ram said that 273 challans were made to the offenders who parked vehicles on the road number 205 and in the service lane near Sri Venkateshwar International School, Sector 18. These challans have been made in last one month.

Data Ram shared that he received a video on Saturday from a resident of Kargil Apartment, Sector 18 and following up the subject the action was taken.

Traffic Staff with crane were sent there who towed away the vehicles parked illegally on the road and elsewhere. Data Ram further said that a traffic staff is being deployed on regular basis during opening and closing of schools there to manage traffic issues.

Traffic Inspector also shared that he already had a meeting with the traffic in-charge of Venkateshwar International School and also the guards at the gates and asked them to look after the issue and not to park the vehicles on the road.
