Members of Humjoli, a group of senior citizens from Jalvayu Vihar, Noida, conducted a pre-Christmas and pre-New Year celebration on December 21. The event was held at Shivaji Park in Block A of Sector 21. About 100 senior citizens of the society participated in the event.
The members enjoyed Christmas carols, among other songs, performed by Chiatra Srivastav and Devika Aggarwal. Residents danced on popular Bollywood numbers while enjoying scrumptious snacks, plum cakes and hot tea.
The event also included an interactive session by Retired Wing Commander RK Singh, a member of Humjoli who is also a lawyer, on how to write a will of property.
Meena Vohra, organiser of the event, told City Spidey that Humjoli organises one event every month.
