Noida: Motherhood Hospital honours the members of SWAG Group

Noida: A special event was organized on January 13, 2023, at a restaurant in Gaur City 1, Greater Noida by Motherhood Hospital, Noida sector 76, in collaboration with CitySpidey. The event was titled 'I am a Hero'. At the event, community women were honoured for their contribution in shaping the society and building the nation. During the event, Dr Manisha Ranjan, a senior gynaecologist from Motherhood hospital, led a discussion on various common myths and taboos regarding women's health.

In an interactive session, Dr Manisha Ranjan talked about how important it is for women to take care of themselves. The doctor also answered the queries and questions of the women present in the event. After the session, the women were felicitated by the doctor.

Super Women Athlete Group (SWAG) were present at the event. The members of the group also addressed the crowd and talked about their inspirational stories. The members of SWAG, Bhavna Gaur, Shipra Singh and Dr Rupali Gupta were present at the event. "Fitness is very important for women. When they pursue fitness, not only do they benefit from it but they become an inspiration for their kids and family. It strengthens us physically and mentally. This is the reason we inspire women to become part of our team" says Dr Rupali Gupta.

This group of around 15 women from Noida go for cycle rides daily, inspiring women across the city. Shipra Singh says "We always set new milestones for us. Recently, last Sunday, we rode for about 10 km. I am glad that the family of women who are associated with us are adopting fitness. Many kids and husbands have also joined us".
