Noida: To sort out the controversies regarding registration of property, a meeting was held between the representatives of Shivalik Homes Society and UPSIDA officials. This much awaited meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of GM, Mrs Meena Bhargava and Anil Sharma, Regional Manager, Shivalik Homes Society, with representatives of the home buyers and builders.

During this meeting, internal problems of OC, CC societies and other serious issues were discussed. All the stakeholders and UPSIDA officials gathered at the regional office to sort out the problem. They were asked to submit the official report to UPSIDA by 20th February, 2023.

Based on this, it would be decided what to do with the OC, CC societies and efforts will be made to proceed in time to get the OC, CC of Shivalik Homes Society as soon as possible. 

The contractor Cosmos has been asked by UPSIDA to resolve the internal issues of Shivalik Homes Society like maintenance of intercom, CCTV, parking, elevator, fire extinguishing system and leakage in basement within a month. 

There was also a discussion on the commissioning of the clubhouse and swimming pool and UPSIDA assured us that they would be commissioned as soon as possible. The developer was asked to install a barrier at the exit gate as well.

The buyers of Shivalik Homes were represented at the meeting by advocates Rupesh Singh, Himanshu Shekhar, Rohit Tomar, Devendra Patil, Ashish, Rajeev and Ajit Sharma. There are a total of 418 flats in Shivalik Homes and people are living in 300 flats with their family without registration.
