FONRWA raises civic concerns with Noida Authority

On Wednesday, the Federation of Noida Resident Welfare Association (FONRWA) held a meeting with personnel from Work Circles 3, 4, and 5 of the Noida Authority to discuss civic amenity issues in the area. Senior Manager AK Jain, DL Verma, Arvind Kumar, Deputy Director (Horticulture) Anand Mohan, Manager Umesh Kumar, and representatives from relevant departments were present at the meeting.

Approximately 30 representatives from different RWAs attended the meeting and raised concerns such as encroachment in their sectors, parasites in trees, pruning, and the slow pace of work on installing new swings and developing sectors.

Pawan Goyal, President of Sector 48, Sanjay Gupta, General Secretary of Sector 62, Rajeev Kumar, President of C Block of Rajat Vihar, Jantar Singh, President of Sector 70, and Pradeep Mishra, General Secretary of Metro Apartments in Sector 70, demanded a Barat-Ghar in their respective sectors.

Pawan Yadav, President of Sector 100 and Vice President of FONRWA, requested that the road near Sector 100, known as Voda Mandir, be opened and that the 75-meter service road have plants, swings, benches, and other amenities. Sector 52 President Ashok Sharma and Sector 39 General Secretary TS Arora demanded the pruning of trees in their respective sectors and the installation of swings and benches in parks. Sector 63A President Rameshwar Yadav demanded the repair of the sewer line in his sector and the construction of a wall.

Officials provided updates on the development work being done in various sectors in their respective circles and assured attendees that they would address proposals related to development received from RWAs. Yogendra Sharma and KK Jain, the President and General Secretary of FONRWA, requested that officials resolve civic issues as soon as possible.
