Here’s some good news for land allottees in Noida. Three departments of Noida Authority — institutional, industrial and commercial — have gone online and land allottees facing any problem in these three departments can register their complaints online. The Authority will also respond online after addressing the problem.

Noida Authority started testing the process on December 27 and the system was opened to the public on January 5.

Deepak Agarwal, CEO of Noida Authority, told City Spidey that he had noticed people standing in long queues at the Authority’s office. “Online redressal of problems will be a relief to allottees,” he said.

Any person who has a problem or a query related to his property will have to generate an ID and a password. “Those with problems related to transfer or surrender of property, mortgage permission, lease deed, mutation, no-dues certificate and time extension need not come to the Authority any more. All information will be given online within a specific time period,” said Agarwal.

“Other wings of Noida Authority will also go online soon,” added Agarwal.
