Noida Authority Pays No Attention to Filthy Sector 122: Residents

Noida: Residents of Noida Sector 122 have been facing cleanliness problems for many days. They have complained to the Noida authority, but no action has been taken yet.

A resident of Sector 122 told CitySpidey that the sector has four blocks filled with filth. 

Dr Umesh Sharma, president of RWA Sector 122, said “The entire sector is filled with filth. The cleaning staff only works for 2 to 3 hours. There are 36 sweepers in the sector, yet they don’t bother to clean the sector. Most of them are related to each other. They should be shifted from one sector to another. Apart from this, contractors do not even give them the proper equipment to work with. We are raising questions with the health department. Will they pay any attention to these things? Despite several complaints, the Noida Authority hasn’t taken any step.”
