Dwarkadheesh Apartments Sector 12 observe Earth Day

Dwarka: Earth Day was observed at Dwarkadheesh Apartments Sector 12 by its residents by organising an event at the central park. The event on the occasion was organised by RWA of the society in association with ANHLGT(Association of Neighbourhood Ladies Get-together). Kids from society took interests in the activities like poetry recitation, essay writing , speeches etc in the event and expressed their views on save earth save environment.

President of RWA, Anjana Sinha says, “We are happy that with association of ANHLGT and in guidance of its president Cicily Kodiyan we observed the day. She has been inspiration for the community helping in understanding importance of earth, environment , nature etc and specially involved with kids.”

President and founder of ANHLGT,  Cicily Kodiyan ,  who has been organising such earth day events across the city everyday as a mission for months, interacted with kids and  distributed plants and certificates to them. She says, “We need to do something everyday for mother earth to save it. Our children are future and connecting them is important. We are doing efforts and connecting the community on the subject specially the kids. I appeal to all the RWAs in Dwarka to come forward and join hands together to save earth and save environment.”
