Noida Police, Rotary Club Raise Awareness About Road Safety

Under the direction of the Noida Police Commissioner, Noida Traffic Police, and Rotary Club Greater Noida raised public awareness about the prevention of road accidents due to negligence.

The program was held at Parichowk Greater Noida police station, and the Provincial Police Service (PPS) ACP of the Traffic Department G.B Nagar, Praveen Kumar, was the chief guest.

During the event, first aid kits and helmets were distributed to drivers, and they were educated on the importance of preventing road accidents. Mukul Goyal, the Former President of the Rotary Club, stated that these helmets and first aid kits were distributed as part of the club's social responsibility.

Praveen Kumar emphasized the importance of raising awareness among people about the need for first aid kits in vehicles since timely treatment can save lives in case of an accident. Ashutosh Singh, the Traffic Police Inspector, stressed that wearing helmets was mandatory for both riders of a two-wheeler, and the helmets must have an ISI mark.

Several members of the Rotary Club Greater Noida, including the Club President Vinay Gupta, Mukul Goyal, Vikas Garg, Shubham Singhal, Kapil Gupta, Mohit Bansal, Manoj Goyal, Shubham Goyal, Sachin Garg, etc., and Traffic Police Inspector Ashutosh Singh, Traffic Police Inspector Sunil Kumar Singh, Sub-Inspector Hemant Upadhyay, TSI Pradeep Kumar, Balveer Singh, and other policemen were present and assisted in distributing the helmets and first aid kits.
