Residents of Noida Sector 19 Battle Severe Drainage Issues

Noida: Residents of Noida Sector 19 are facing severe problems due to prolonged drainage issues. The majority of the drains in the sector are clogged, leading to an unhygienic living environment.

A resident informed us that most of the open drains in the sector remain choked throughout the year. The drain near C Block, Mother Dairy in Sector 19, is filled with garbage and filth, making it difficult for people to live in the area.

The president of RWA, Noida Sector 19, R C Gupta, stated that they had raised the issue in a meeting held on April 13 in the RWA office with senior officers of the authority. However, despite assurances, no action has been taken to resolve the matter. They have requested the concerned authority officer to look into the matter urgently, as it may spread diseases among the residents of the sector.

The unclean and unsanitary living conditions pose a significant threat to the health of people residing in the area. It is essential for the concerned authorities to take immediate action and solve the drainage problem to avoid further health hazards.
