Reduced heat wave leads to change school timings once again in Noida

Noida: Due to a decrease in the temperature, the education department released another declaration regarding the departure timings for the students studying in government as well as private schools in Gautam Budh Nagar. The departure time for the students studying in classes I to VIII was changed earlier but the extreme heat diminished recently and due to that, the Basic Education Officer, Aishwarya Lakshmi announced that school hours should be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Previously, Aishwarya Lakshmi changed the departure time from April 20th because of the extreme heat. After a few days, parents started demanding the previous school leaving timings for their children as their temperature turned out to be moderate. Seeing parents' demand, the Basic Education Officer informed that the council decided to go back to the previous timings and departure time would be 2 pm for the students of government or aided primary schools, junior high schools, and recognized schools under Basic Education Council.
