Divya further adds, “Parents are running from pillar to post to raise their concerns which have not been heard by the Education Minister or DOE. Now the protest is the option to make them listen our concerns.”

The concerned parents said that the fee hike by the school was unjustified and direct violation of law.  Mahesh Mishra another parent in the protest says, “Delhi Government has been inefficient in controlling the illegal fee hike done by DPS Dwarka School. Parents were threatened for their wards' name strike off, fear of their wards made captive in libraries for not paying increased fee and hired bouncer in school as well in buses to prevent student to attend school and parents to meet the management.”
