Greater Noida: A positive impact of Ritu Maheshwari's decision to make public the names of builders who failed to register the names of flat buyers in Greater Noida was visible on Friday. As a result, 73 flats were registered in the name of their respective buyers, as per Saumya Srivastava, the OSD of Greater Noida Authority.
The builders are responsible for the registrations include Solaris Realtech, Star City Real Estate, GaurSons Hitech, Gaur Sons Promoters, Havelia Builder, AIG Infratech, Pigeon Buildhome, New-Way Home, Panchsheel Buildtech, Anthem Infra, and Fusion Buildtech.
Ritu Maheshwari, the CEO of the Authority, stated that every possible effort will be made to protect the rights of flat buyers, and the Authority will continue to organize camps for their convenience.
