The RWA of Sector 31, Noida, has been demanding a new gate for the park in Block D for quite some time now. The gate broke about a month ago and despite repeated reminders to Noida Authority officials, the gate has not been replaced.
Sunil Sethi, RWA president of the sector, told City Spidey, “The gate is old and needs to be replaced. The RWA wrote several letters and met Noida Authority officials, but to no avail."
Members of the RWA complained that pruning of trees and plants in the park was also pending for about a year. They said that many parks in the sector also needed maintenance.
When City Spidey took up the matter with Madan Lal, junior project engineer of Noida Authority, he said, “Measurements for the gate have been taken by my team. The new gate will be installed within a week.”
