Keeping in mind the bout of heavy rains and the ensuing cold wave in the capital, the Gautam Budh Nagar administration has ordered all private and government schools to be closed for two days. School will be shut until January 28 for students from nursery to Class V.
The orders were issued by NP Singh, magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar.
The information officer, Rakesh Chauhan, told City Spidey that an official notice had been sent to all schools in the district. Any school that failed to comply would be penalised.
